World Water Day, Year End Report

Happy belated World Water Day (yesterday)!

In WaterStrong world, 2025 is off to a great start and I want you to feel proud of your good work. On Saturday March 8th, the CPR Training Team delivered their 4th Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED class of the year; on Sunday March 9th volunteer swim instructors delivered their 3rd EcoSwim clinic; and yesterday we celebrated World Water Day with our first ever Rainy Days Book club discussion of Blue Mind, by Wallace Nichols. Thank you Justine, Anastasia, Lisa, Patti, and Amelia; Jill, Ed, Diane, Cassy, Ashlynn, Chris, Luciano, Elizabeth, Andy and Itzel; Nana, Shelby, Jazanna, Teresa, and Paul making it all happen!

Spring is a wacky, fluctuating time of year. One cool dreary day it seems no end is in sight; the next day the sun pops out to announce an energetic new beginning. This seasonal flip-flopping is confusing and against the current news cycle, it can be downright mind-boggling. To help give you a sense of progress and reliability, I invite you to read our 2024 Year End Report. It is a happy and hearty read, I hope you like it.
